Job Description

  • Manage payroll project deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and industry standards.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in implementing payroll system improvements and upgrades.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Project Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Payroll Systems - Employment Hero preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work / Awards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
