Job Description

As the Time & Attendance Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient T&A and payroll services across the organisation. You'll act as the subject matter expert for the T&A system, supporting site managers, administrators, and HR teams with training, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve T&A queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain system configurations including rosters, pay rules, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Support compliance with EBAs, awards, and legislative changes.
  • Provide expert training and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to payroll transformation projects and process improvements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in payroll and T&A systems
  • Strong understanding of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation across Australia and NZ.
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
