About Our Client

Our client is a notable NFP organisation with an awesome workplace culture. They are currently undergoing a number of continuous improvement projects within payroll systems and hence are looking to bring in a permanent resource to guide them through this transition period. Job Description

  • Provide Chris 21 expertise to the broader payroll, HR and IT team
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and system upgrades
  • Sytem configuration and integration
  • Configure, implement and administer our Time & Attendance, HRIS and finance systems
  • Establish a schedule to monitor, review and plan Chris21 feature releases and supports the assessment of impacts to related systems
  • Lead, plan, and facilitate user training and adoption.
  • Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking experienced payroll systems candidates or functional consultants with strong exposure to Chris 21. Key competencies listed below:

  • Systems config experience
  • Strong excel skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a team
