As a highly regulated organisation, payroll operates in an environment requiring a proactive and diligent approach to payroll systems, compliance, governance and audit readiness.

Job Description

  • Act as a core delivery team member on a major SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation
  • Support the configuration, testing and deployment of ECP in line with agreed design and business requirements
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external implementation partners to support end‑to‑end solution delivery
  • Assist with translating payroll and business requirements into system functionality
  • Contribute to data migration, system integration testing (SIT), UAT and payroll parallel runs
  • Support payroll compliance activities, including awards, agreements and statutory requirements
  • Assist with issue resolution, defect fixes and system refinements throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live support and post‑implementation stabilisation
  • Support documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to BAU teams



The Successful Applicant

    • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), either in an implementation or enhancement capacity
    • Sound understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes, including compliance and statutory requirements
    • Experience supporting configuration, testing and payroll parallel runs
    • Exposure to working in large or complex organisational environments
    • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
    • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT and vendors
    • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving project environment
