Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support. You'll help shape workforce planning, drive engagement, and support leaders in building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide coaching and support on performance, development, and employee relations
  • Lead workforce planning and talent initiatives across key business units
  • Support change management and organisational development projects
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on projects and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

You'll bring:

  • Min 5 years of experience as HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner.
  • Ideally you have experience working in Manifacturing or Logistic industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with unions negotiation and strong ER case management
  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business
  • Available to work 5 days at the office (based on Port-Melbourne) - for the first 6 months.
  • Having full working-right is a must for this role.
