Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop and implement people strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and company policies.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People & Culture Business Partner should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
