Reporting into the P&C Manager you will oversee all recruitment activities, whilst having exposure to the HR Generalist role, supporting key stakeholders and the wider HR team.

Job Description

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding activities as the TA subject matter expert in HR
  • Implement new ideas and drive process changes across recruitment
  • Build the organisations talent pool and manage applications through the HRIS Workday
  • Building pipelines and referral projects in line with recruitment forecasting
  • Run the onboarding process and improving the general employee experience
  • With exposure to supporting the HR team with general HR advice for business stakeholders
  • Work with HR to drive projects and be a voice that is valued within the HR team

The Successful Applicant

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support across Generalist HR
  • Managing the full end to end recruitment process including onboarding and offboarding
  • Supporting stakeholders across the business and their performance management and general HR requests
  • Adapt to changes and working on HR projects and initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • Develop the recruitment processes across the business and be the subject matter expert
