About Our Client

My client is a large not-for-profit who recognises digital as a huge area of growth. They have one of the largest fundraising streams in Australia and have been at the forefront of a number of high profile campaigns.

Job Description

Execute paid digital marketing campaigns:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversions from performance channels
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across social, search and display/video
  • Manage large paid media budgets
  • Set and refine ad strategies for each channel
  • Allocate budgets, assess ROI and recommend adjustments to ad spend
  • Ensure landing experiences are optimised for conversion
  • Support agency-led campaigns - ensuring learnings are captured and applied across campaigns
  • Partnering with the broader Marketing team and internal stakeholders on key marketing initiatives and projects

Drive digital marketing optimisation:

  • Set and measure against KPI's for each channel/campaign to optimise effectiveness
  • Develop hypotheses and perform A/B/n testing to identify optimisations
  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
  • Test new digital channels, ad formats and trends



Stakeholder collaboration/management:

  • Work closely with program owners and campaign managers to develop strong relationships and understanding of their requirements and objectives
  • Produce and present campaign reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders and management
  • Work closely with channel and campaign specialists to deliver an omnichannel digital experience
  • Work closely with Creative Communications to produce ad content
  • Work with the Digital Insights Lead to implement tracking and reporting
  • Manage agency partners to integrate paid media activity
  • Provide reports to the Executive team and Board on digital growth and portfolio diversification as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:

  • Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant AdTech
  • Marketing analytics experience
  • Experience in eCommerce - highly favourable
  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook for business, Twitter and LinkedIn advertising
  • Strong experience working with digital and media agencies



Qualifications/Licenses

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant role (managing paid digital marketing)
