Job Description

  • Identifying and rectifying performance bottlenecks and issues in technology systems.
  • Collaborating closely with the technology team to ensure software's operational efficiency.
  • Designing, developing, and executing performance tests.
  • Analysing test results and coordinating with the team for improvements.
  • Providing technical support for performance testing.
  • Developing and maintaining test scripts to validate system performance.
  • Preparing performance test reports.
  • Ensuring quality and performance standards are met across all technology platforms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Performance Test Engineer should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of performance testing and quality assurance principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Adeptness in the use of performance testing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
