Job Description

  • Lead product development and technical design of the winch product line.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS standards and safe work procedures.
  • Oversee business management, commercial strategy, and market growth.
  • Manage and mentor teams, providing leadership and structure.
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering degree (discipline flexible) with 8+ years' experience.
  • Proven leadership with 3-5+ years in team management.
  • Background in EPCM, OEMs (conveyors, cranes, lifting gear).
  • Proficient in 3D design software, able to coordinate technical aspects.
  • High energy, strong communicator, and strategic mindset
