Job Description

Key Tasks:



  • Source and originate senior secured real estate debt deals ($2M-$100M).


  • Manage transactions from initial assessment through to settlement.


  • Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, and intermediaries.


  • Coordinate due diligence with valuers, lawyers, and consultants.


  • Present deals to internal credit and investment committees.

The Successful Applicant


The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate debt origination and deal execution, with a strong grasp of property fundamentals and market dynamics. They are self-motivated, commercially minded, and skilled in relationship management and negotiation, ideally with a background in lending, capital markets, or real estate investment.
