Job Description

  • To provide in-field servicing for Water Treatment Plants.
  • To perform or support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of projects.
  • To provide infield support for the implementation of pilot studies (e.g. process adjustments, preventive maintenance activities, instrument calibration, membrane cleaning)
  • To positively promote a safe and healthy work environment and employ safe work practices at all times
  • To proactively report and investigate plant performance/reliability issues and propose practical and cost-effective solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in water treatment plants, with emphasis on Reverse Osmosis and associated technologies
  • Experience with client CMMS systems, site mobilisation requirements
  • Previous hands-on experience with preparing and dispatching goods including chemicals and consumables
  • Familiar with various water and wastewater spares and consumables including relevant suppliers
  • Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal/communication skills and problem-solving capacities
  • Possess High Risk Forklift License
