Job Description

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value.
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with organisational goals.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Oversee compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Analyse procurement data to drive informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Ensure efficient supply chain management across facilities, energy, and remote operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ year's experience in procurement, supply chain or category management
  • Background in facilities management, services procurement, energy/resources or remote operations highly regarded
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management capability
  • Comfortable managing both soft and hard FM categories, including catering, cleaning, maintenance, utilities or waste
  • Able to work closely with operations, projects and business stakeholders
  • Commercially sharp, with strong contract management and cost control skills
  • Organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with regular office presence required
