Job Description

As a Product Delivery Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee execution of product development across software, hardware, and research teams
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, and delivery plans between product teams to avoid silos or conflicting outcomes
  • Ensure product-level decisions align with broader operational standards
  • Drive collaboration between engineering, design, R&D, and commercial functions
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and operational readiness
  • Lead product execution reviews and participate in delivery governance forums
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Delivery Lead should have:

  • Proven experience coordinating product execution across multiple domains
  • Strong background in hardware-software integration and managing cross functional teams
  • Experience leading delivery teams in loT, digital product, or software engineering contexts
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and program delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
