Short courses are created with industry experts to inspire and empower students whilst providing them with relevant industry led content. In addition to providing high quality educational services my client places an emphasis on doing the right ting by the planet and has committed to being carbon-negative by 2022.

Job Description

  • Run the go to market function of the company, including the launch of new products and courses.
  • Develop and oversee the marketing plan with respect to channel strategies, budgets and campaigns to establish lead and enrolment volumes.
  • Control product positioning and messaging through collaborating with the product, learning design & marketing teams to create messaging that resonates with target customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the online education sector and competitors to supplement internal data that will help identify new course development opportunities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis and report back to management and the marketing teams on required changes.
  • Work as a brand ambassador as you will communicate the brand strategy with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 or more years in product marketing roles, ideally in a digital environment. Experience within the Education sector preferred but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, in particular Paid Search and Paid Social with a history in optimising these channels for customer acquisition.
  • Experience working to lead or sales goals with a proven track record of driving customer growth.
  • Good analytic mindset with experience in managing sales funnel reviews and processes.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
