Job Description

  • Develop and grow a designated sales territory, building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to end-users.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Sales and Product Managers, to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
  • Support product trials, hospital setups, and consignment stock management.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare, or business are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare industry.
  • Strong sales and territory planning skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Travel regionally, including overnight stays when required.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
