About Our Client

Our client is a globally renowned organisation in the med device industry, with over 5000 employees worldwide.

Job Description

Your day could look like:

  • Oversee daily operations of production
  • Monitoring production outputs and minimizing downtime
  • Ensure QA standards and WHS policies are met
  • People management, staff allocation and rostering (currently a team of 4 and will grow)
  • Managing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare and manage the department budget

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Trade qualified or engineering background (strong mechancial skills)
  • Production Management experience in an ISO9001 environment
  • Strong people management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Able to travel to Germany for 6 weeks for training
