Job Description

  • Lead and supervise a team of up to 10.
  • Oversee safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.
  • Train and on-board new team members, with a strong focus on CNC machinery operation.
  • Handle daily warehouse tasks, including order picking and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with day-shift leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Making suggestions for increased efficiency or operational improvements.
  • Pitch in where needed on machinery operation and general warehouse duties.



The Successful Applicant

You have a solid background in warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a keen understanding of OH&S compliance and CNC machinery experience. You're a natural leader who is comfortable with hands-on work and knows how to maintain a positive, safe work culture. Forklift license and computer literacy are essential; prior experience with steel handling is preferred.

Full Australian working rights are required to be considered for this role. Please note that you will also need to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
