Job Description

As a Project Accountant, you will report to the the Finance Manager and will be responsible for providing accounting support to the consulting teams globally.

  • Set and maintain projects in the project accounting system and Project Database.
  • Be a subject matter expert to the project accounting system.
  • Assist project managers with project reporting to proactively manage financial performance of projects.
  • Invoice projects and assist with collection.
  • Accurately and timely process project-related accounts payable invoices.
  • Reconcile and process project expenses.
  • Assist with annual audits.
  • Other duties as designated by the CFO or Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar project or accounts based role and meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting role.
  • Experience in project accounting.
  • Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint and BST10 an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A curiosity and drive to learn and develop
  • Currently working toward CA or CPA qualification.
