Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative side of insurance building repairs, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of each project from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, helping to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate insurance building repair projects by managing job details and ensuring smooth communication between clients, insurers, and project managers.
  • Assist with scheduling and job tracking, ensuring that all tasks are completed within set deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm job details, request necessary documentation (such as photos), and answer questions about project timelines and expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of job information into the system and track progress, maintaining records for each project.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns raised by clients or project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition of projects from one stage to the next and facilitate the overall project workflow.
