We're seeking 2 experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects within the transport and distribution industry. This role, based in Brisbane, requires strong expertise in managing technology projects with a focus on Applications projects (SDLC) & Cyber security.

Job Description

  • Lead cyber security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cyber security projects.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project deliverables.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage third-party vendors as required.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to achieve project success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in IT project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (2-3 projects).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira; experience with Project Online and SAP Project Management modules is highly desirable.
  • Good Understanding of Cyber Security frameworks.
  • High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Experience delivering projects in large-scale and complex organisations.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in cost, time, and quality management, including RAID and Change Control processes.
