Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects within the energy and natural resources industry, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports and updates for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimise project processes and improve outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing renewable energy projects, with experience gained from the Client/developer side as a project manager preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
