Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee cutover activities for a large implementation. This role requires seamless coordination, strategic planning, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Cutover Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive cutover plan covering timelines, dependencies, resources, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional teams, technical workstreams, and leadership to align on cutover activities and mitigate risks.
  • Environment & Test Management: Oversee test and production environments, coordinating with IT, vendors, and integration teams to ensure readiness.
  • Issue Resolution & Monitoring: Track progress, manage issues, and provide regular reporting on cutover performance.
  • Post-Cutover Stabilization: Work with the hypercare team to ensure system stability and address post-cutover challenges.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities align with the organisations standards, policies, and project priorities.



This role requires strong leadership, strategic coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure a successful transition.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years as an HCM Cutover Manager for SaaS solutions or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale HCM implementations and upgrades across global enterprises.
  • Strong expertise in Workday and ServiceNow deployment methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing test environments and developing environment management plans.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex cutover activities.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and adaptive ways of working.
