Michael Page are currently recruiting a Project Manager role for a growing mid-tier builder based just outside Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
  • Commercial projects in the $10-20m range
  • High level of autonomy

About Our Client

Our client is a mid tier builder with operations across the east coast of Australia. They have recently appointed highly respected industry leaders into key management positions within their QLD business and are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver projects up to $20m in value.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
  • Financial responsibility for projects
  • Monthly cost reporting to the General Manager and Directors
  • Mentoring more junior team members

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in value
  • Prior experience delivering commercial new build and refurbishment projects a must
  • Commercial acumen and strong financial management skills
