Job Description

  • Plan and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to completion within the property sector.
  • Predominantly focused on the ERP implementation/shift and upgrade of Microsoft D365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues promptly.
  • Ensure alignment with organisational goals and project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing technology projects in the property industry.
  • Strong experience working with ERPs.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
