About Our Client

Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver commercial new build, and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

The business prides itself on delivering a high quality end product on technically demanding projects and as such they are looking for a Project Manager with a desire to be challenged and tested. With open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams, they have developed a reputation as one of Brisbane's leading commercial builders.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
  • Financial responsibility for projects
  • Monthly cost reporting to the board of directors
  • Mentoring more junior team members

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in value
  • Prior experience delivering complex refurbishment projects desirable
  • Commercial acumen and strong financial management skills
