Job Description

  • Manage and oversee property projects within the retail sector from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in property management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
  • Implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Project Manager should have:
