Our client is responsible for oversight of tertiary education in Victoria, including Vocational Education and Training, higher education, adult education and lifelong learning.

Job Description



  • Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.


  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of building and construction principles to address on-site challenges, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.


  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.


  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.


  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
