Our client is a leading property business in Australia. The company collaborates with investors to deliver value through property development, asset management, and investment opportunities.

Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance reports, providing detailed financial commentary for assigned properties.
  • Partner with property management teams to deliver financial insights, assist with forecasting, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, prepare comprehensive financial reports while addressing stakeholder queries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records, including accruals, journals.
  • Lead process improvements, support property onboarding/offboarding, deliver ad-hoc analyses.

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA qualified or working towards.
  • Prior property experience is highly desired.
  • Highly analytical and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management and strong communication.
  • Commercial acumen and technical ability
