The job entails providing a full range of administrative functions, including authorising purchasing and payment processing of accounts in accordance with policies and practices
Along with Preparing monthly and other reports including the collection of data and the analysis of financial and operations statistics to determine methods to counter undesirable trends.
And Providing quality operational and product information and assistance to clients and staff regarding products, operations, systems, policies and procedures.
While ensuring all correspondence and conference papers are presented in a final draft format, with facts and information checked and confirmed within the timeframes.
