The role requires top tier customer service for internal and external customers. While managing the administration and financial management including compliance and ultimately ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is under taken.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous Facilities experience working without a facilities manager on site.
- Top tier communication skills
- 2 years' experience in similar role
- Exceptional customer service
- Planning, organizing and analytical skills exceptional
