Job Description

  • Coordinate and execute purchase orders to meet operational requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast supply needs and address procurement issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on procurement performance to management.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and addressing supplier-related concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchasing Officer should have:

  • Experience in oil & gas, chemical processing, mining, or manufacturing industries
  • Proficiency in SAP systems (Essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
