Job Description

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and reporting systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality assurance practices.
  • Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Coordinator should have:

  • A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Previous experience working with an energy retail business would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits and preparing reports, whilst highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
