A well-established private holding company with multiple operations in the Middle East, who are embarking on an ambitious ERP transformation program

Job Description

  • Design and implement quality control strategies to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Monitor and analyse quality control data, identifying trends and recommending improvements
  • Utilise your expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor and audit high-value programs and projects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Ensure quality control is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of quality control processes, procedures and policies
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI Level 2/3 are highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
  • High-level problem-solving skills alongside excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification
