In this role, you will:Lead and execute the leasing strategy for all retail locations across Australia.Drive expansion initiatives and optimise existing store locations to reflect the brand's premium positioning.Collaborate with key stakeholders to create real estate strategies that align with Ralph Lauren's business goals and heritage.Analyse market trends, identify prime retail opportunities, and evaluate new store locations.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure favourable terms.Manage lease renewals, relocation's, and renegotiation's to enhance store performance and profitability.The Successful ApplicantDual reporting to the Head of Real Estate for APAC and the Head of Business Development for ANZ, you will be an exceptional communicator and collaborative leader who values stakeholder engagement and thrives in a dynamic environment.
