Job Description

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting guests and answering phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Handle mail and deliveries.
  • Contribute to team efforts and organisational initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Allied Health (Bonus): Previous experience or understanding of the allied health sector (occupational therapy, speech pathology, etc.) would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
  • Fast Learner & Adaptable: You'll need to hit the ground running, so the ideal candidate will be quick to adapt and learn new systems.
  • Positive Team Player: The ideal candidate will be both adaptable and committed to a positive workplace culture. If you're collaborative, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute, you'll fit right in.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear communication is essential as you'll be interacting with clients, clinicians, and internal teams, so strong interpersonal skills are key.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Whether it's managing client queries or troubleshooting internal issues, you'll need to be able to resolve challenges effectively and efficiently.
