Job Description

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with preparation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed.
