Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Michael Page Finance team in Brisbane. Finance is the discipline our company was founded on and remains a core component of our strategy globally today. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings
  • Build a network of high quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
  • Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
  • Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars
  • Guide, feed back and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement
  • Manage salary and fee negotiations

Our current Finance team is made up of people who came as graduates, you joined as career changers from sales-related fields or in some cases people who practised within finance and accounting themselves before moving into a new but aligned field.
