Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.

Your role will include:

  • Proactively developing new business through phone, face‑to‑face, and relationship‑led activities
  • Understanding client hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment advice
  • Negotiating terms and fees to build strong, long‑term partnerships
  • Building market expertise through networking and up‑to‑date industry insight
  • Attracting and engaging high‑quality candidates
  • Managing candidates and clients through interview and offer stages
  • Collaborating within a high‑performing team to achieve shared success
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in recruitment, you'll bring drive, resilience, and a genuine passion for building long‑term relationships. You'll also have a strong sales mindset and feel confident prospecting new business over the phone.
