Job Description

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Attend networking events to build industry connections and promote the company's services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
  • A good understanding of a sales process & a willing to learn how he recruitment process works.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
