Job Description

  • Identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of resources.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Provide concise candidate feedback to clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including negotiation of salaries and terms of employment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay current on market trends and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the company's brand in the market.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
