Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across a range of roles


  • Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage communications


  • Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures


  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support


  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

  • Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR/Talent support role is essential

  • An understanding or appreciation of the education sector is advantageous
  • Ability to work at a fast-pace and high volume nature
