Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the OneStream (EPM) platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement solutions within the OneStream platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for financial reporting and planning.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users of the platform.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards within the platform.
  • Work closely with the technology team to integrate OneStream with other systems.
  • Regularly update and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OneStream (EPM) Administrator / Manager should have:

  • Proven experience working with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements within the property industry.
  • Technical expertise in managing, maintaining, and customising OneStream solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to provide training and support to users.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
