Job Description

  • Manage and oversee regional financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team, fostering professional development.
  • Identify and analyse financial risks and opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
