Regional Manager AUS/NZ - Agriculture Automation
A global leader in agriculture automation
Growing family owned innovative business
About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the automation space across the agribusiness industry. Operating globally, they are expanding their service offering across Australia/New Zealand with their innovative products ultimately making life easier for farmers, working together for a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future in the agricultural sector.
As a Regional Manager responsible for Australia and New Zealand, you can see the potential for commercial growth and, together with your teams in both countries, you also make sure that such growth is materialised.
The ball is already rolling in both countries and your task will be to produce a strategic growth plan, ensuring that existing customers are satisfied and that the dealership channel can be both activated and extended.
Although this household name is big across the globe, the brand awareness in Australia and New Zealand is relatively low, so it is up to you and your teams to put the business on the map by engaging in marketing activities and by highlighting all the essential benefits of their products and services rather than relying on (scarcely available) personnel.
You will be responsible for sales reporting and achieving annual budgets, setting up and developing distribution channels and networking within the industry to assist with market intelligence.
In order for you to efficiently fulfil your objectives in both countries, you will be stationed in Australia, and will travel to New Zealand at least once every month.
