About Our Client
Our client is a global manufacturer, distributor and marketer of high-end fashion accessories. The company has partnered with international luxury retail brands for decades and has operations in over 100 countries.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for four direct reports in Victoria. Reporting into the State Sales Manager you will ensure the day to day running of the sales team and being there to offer support to the highly successful team. With the head office base din Sydney this is a highly autonomous role which offers a huge amount of flexibility.
You will also be responsible for managing accounts in South Australia - with interstate travel every 3 months.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will come from fashion/apparel sales but this is not essential - just a strong sales background with good leadership skills
You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ideally be familiar with SAP. Attention to detail, creativity and strong time management skills are essential. Furthermore you must hold a valid driving license to be successful with your application
As this is a highly autonomous role so you must be a self starter who can get the job done.

This role is offering a highly competitive salary of $85-90,000 + super, car allowance and a great bonus scheme as well as amazing flexibility.
