Job Description

  • Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including Program Increment (PI) planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support teams in the consistent application of Agile principles and practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the ART.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate with other Release Train Engineers to drive alignment and resolve interdependencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Release Train Engineer should have:

  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe.
  • Proven experience in facilitating large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Familiarity with tools used for Agile project management.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple priorities effectively.
