This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in creating and designing efficient rosters. In this dynamic, high-volume role, you'll be responsible for building and managing the schedules of a large workforce, ensuring optimal service delivery across community services.

Job Description

Roster Design & Build: Lead the design, build, and optimization of staff rosters, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Dynamic Scheduling: Adapt quickly to changes, balancing shifting staffing needs and making adjustments to maintain service quality.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with managers and staff to ensure effective staffing and clear communication regarding schedule changes.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure rosters comply with workplace regulations, award guidelines, and organizational standards.

Continuous Improvement: Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in designing and building rosters, preferably in a high-volume or community service setting.
  • Proficiency in workforce management systems such as UKG (Proworkforce) or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changes under pressure.
  • A caring, empathetic approach with excellent interpersonal skills.



Desirable:

  • Experience with workforce planning or scheduling for large teams.
  • Blue and Yellow Cards or willingness to obtain.
