This opportunity is with a well-established, large national organisation. Operating across a number of areas, their RTO deliver multiple courses to consumer and commercial clients.

Job Description

As the RTO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in rebuilding and future-proofing our clients training function. Leading a team of Training professionals, you will set the strategic direction, strengthen operational performance, and deliver a modern, competitive training offering aligned with market needs.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Lead the rebuild and transformation of the training function.
  • Modernise and expand course scope, delivery models, and the overall learning experience.
  • Maintain strong RTO compliance, supported by external specialists where required.
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to a high-performing training team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Oversee the creation of e-learning content and other digital training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training activities.



The Successful Applicant

You are an experienced RTO professional with a strong leadership presence and a passion for innovation in vocational education. You bring:

  • Significant experience within an RTO environment, with strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
  • Proven capability in driving training transformation, product modernisation, and new delivery models.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience developing high-performing teams.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to identify market opportunities and pathways for growth.
  • The confidence and resilience to lead through organisational change.
