About Our Client
A diversified operation focusing on property development, capital growth and various investments.
This role will be primarily based in the display homes where you will be working alongside a sales team and have full support of the extended team from marketing to customer service and sales admin teams.
- Responsible for maintaining display suite daily operations
- Individual sales pipeline
- Generating and chasing leads
- Building a client based network
- Negotiating and closing contracts
- Contributing to the marketing and selling strategies for the company
The Successful Applicant
- 2 + years of residential off-the-plan sales experience with a B2B Developer or a Tier 1 Agency
- Ability to speak English as well as Mandarin (As many of their clients will speak these languages)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to create relationships with all types of people
- Track record in new business development - specific examples required
- Worked in a professional environment with systems, processes, values and ethics
- Someone in the start to middle of their career curve, 3+ years of Property sales or related business development activities.
- Must be available to work on weekends
