About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of bulk solids storage and handling across different industries. They have a proven track record of ensuring their customers are supplied with equipment that is reliable and exceeds expectations.

Job Description

  • Developing relationships with new customers, as well as maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients.
  • Mapping out regions to target regions and customers to generate growth in the domestic agricultural industry
  • Liaise with customers in order to understand their needs and then provide a solution
  • Provide after-sales support, including hands on assistance for basic problems that may arise. Going above and beyond expectations, working with customers for customers.
  • Travelling around 1.5 weeks a month to visit customers to ensure consistent communication and service with customers

The Successful Applicant

  • A good cultural fit who embodies the values of our client
  • Experience within the agriculture sector and is able to build upon a pre-existing network
  • Technical mechanical knowledge, or the aptitude to develop this skill set
  • A person who builds rapport well and can listen to a customer's needs in order to provide the best solution. Reliability and transparency will be critical in order to be successful in the role
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
